Delivery & Returns

Order and Shipping 

Your orders will be delivered within 2-3 workingdays. If a product is not in stock,it will be made to order and it takes 10 days to deliver. You will be informed by a Kyrazer represantative.

Online orders are sent securely with a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Delivery times are depending on shipping locations and customs. Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days in Turkey and 5-7 working days in other countries

For international shipments  all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the under responsibility of the customer 

Exchange and Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving the order.We kindly ask that items are returned to us in their original condition.Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with security tags in place.

Unless it’s a faulty product, return costs belong to customers.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns custom made pieces including  special measure or engraved pieces. Since white gold and yellow gold are produced individually, returns/exchanges are not accepted for products other than Roslow Gold.
