As personal data owners, under the "Rights of the Data Subject" heading in Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request the compensation of the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

As personal data owners, you can convey your requests regarding your rights to us by the methods specified in our Customer Clarification Text under the title "Identity of the Data Controller", through our web address via mail or by post, duly and indicating your identity information, and KYRAZER will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, provided that the transaction requires a separate cost, the fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
