Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange 

You can exchange the product you purchased from the Online Shop within 14 days from the date of delivery by contacting info@kayraglobal.com.tr. The shipping cost for the package sent by Kyrazer is covered by the company. However, the shipping cost for returns or exchanges sent to us is covered by the sender.

If you wish to return your order from kyrazer.com due to a problem with our products (shipping damage, manufacturing defect, right of withdrawal, etc.), you must send it to us within 14 days from the date the products were delivered to you. To create a return request, you must send an email to info@kyrazer.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return. The shipping cost for the package sent by Kyrazer is covered by the company. However, the shipping cost for returns or exchanges sent to us is covered by the sender. When sending the products back to us, please pay attention to the conditions under the "Return Conditions" heading below. Once your product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments and approved for return. This process usually takes 2-5 business days. Returns for custom-made products are not accepted.

Return Conditions 

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the product tag intact, unused, and undamaged due to misuse.

  • If the invoice is issued in the name of a company, you must send it along with a return invoice issued by the relevant company, excluding the shipping cost, and stating 'Product Unit Price + VAT.' Returns for orders with invoices issued in the name of a company will not be accepted without a return invoice.

  • You are obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to you. If it has been used, you must compensate for the loss in its commercial value due to usage.

  • Once your product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments and approved for return. This process usually takes 2-5 business days.
